Return Policy

Product Returns

  • 10-day notice. Bron must receive notice of defect or nonconformity within 10 days of delivery. Without notice, products will be deemed conforming to requirements and accepted by your company.
  • Custom Products and Drop Shipments. All sales on custom products and drop shipments are final and may not be returned or cancelled.
  • Approved Returns. Products may only be returned with a pre-approved Bron authorization. All credit returns will be permitted at Bron’s sole discretion and must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number and in accordance with provided instruction. Ownership of freight cost will be determined by a Bron representative.

Note: Bron provides products “as is” with no warranty. If a product is proven to be defective or nonconforming, replacement will not exceed equal value of defective or nonconforming material. Additional warranty related policy information can be found in Bron’s Terms and Conditions. (Section 3)

Return Process

Note: Return processing and approval can take up to two weeks from original claim.
